Company background:
The Fushe Okol company operates in the field of hotels & services, agritourism, tourist guides and dairy products in the Boge area. The investments started in 2016 and its main shareholder Mr. Gezim Olaj with an experience of 25 years in England decided to invest in the Boge area in a land owned by his parents. The main hotel with which he started the investment called &;Kulla e Bajraktari" is located in Bogë, 19 km from Theth National Park, it offers accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a bar and a garden. The hotel covers an area of 1.6 ha. Each accommodation at the 4-star hotel has garden views, and guests can enjoy access to an indoor pool and a spa centre. The accommodation provides room service and free WiFi throughout the property. Hotel Kulla e Bajraktari offers a continental or buffet breakfast. At the Indor pool tourists are welcome to take advantage of a hot tub and a sauna. Hotel Kulla e Bajraktarit welcomes guests on Booking.com since April 8, 2022.
Parallel to the main activity in Boge, 3 km before reaching the Hotel, an alpine goat farm has been established where 300 goats are raised for the production of butter and fresh goat cheese, as well as a dairy. 6 km above the Hotel, a new restaurant bar has been built which is being reconstructed and next to it are some wooden villas with good interior and exterior infrastructure. The number of business and tourist visiting this resort are increasing day by day.
The consultancy consists on preparation of an action plan schedule, which will be discussed and agreed with the company’ management. The consultant has closely cooperated with the company staff and management to establish a clear flow of processes and their linkage with current operations in place, the financial management aspects and in accordance with law requirements. The consultant delivered the project according to phases. The Strategic Business Plan will serve and be used by the company's leadership for the organization, further management and financing of the business in which it operates, as well as in relation to the investment plan for the purpose of reorienting the market and making better use of capital and resources to improve the business performance.
A well-designed Strategic Marketing document including a program of assistance will orient key staff and prepare the company to increase competitiveness in the tourism market. In addition, sales techniques, diversification of production/services in order to increase the volume of products & services will give the company the chance to cover successfully a wider market with high-quality products/services served to them
