Project:Training Program for Business Women in Rural Areas of Albania.
Objective: The objective of the Program was to enhance and improve the entrepreneurial and managerial skills of women managers and owners of micro, small and medium businesses, operating in rural areas of Albania. The programme covered a variety of topics on business management, such as: how to prepare a business plan; how to negotiate; marketing and sales; – HRD management etc.
Project Implementation: During January 2012 respective RDA-s experts and BAS team have worked closely to prepare the training program based on the project ToR. The RDA experts explained in a very detailed way the steps that a business should undergo to the finalization of loan applications to a bank or lending micro institution. In order to raise the chances of business applications to the banks, the complex technical assistance given by RDA experts related to:
(i) market study and analyzes;(ii) human resource development;(iii) investment analyze;
(iv) financial analyze and profitability ratios;(v) business & enhance planning; etc.
