IAP- ITALIAN ALBANIAN PROGRAM FOR SMES

Project: “Offering a full packet of services to IAP for SME-s”
Objective: Offering of a mix and complete technical assistance to SME-s as potential borrowers aiming the consistent advice before during and after getting the loan. It will be done through building of indicators system measurements, determination of the sources of information and form to collect and report to PMU (METE).
Project Implementation: RDA has organized six round tables with businesses, chamber of commerce, bankers & IAP representative’s and discussed in a very practical way the steps that businesses have to follow relating on how to gain the technical assistance for the SMEs such as consulting before, during and after the preparation of business plans to the partner’s banks of the program. There were assisted/consulted on their BP preparation around 20 businesses and were screened more than 50 SMEs in their application process.
