There is a need to a have a complete and reliable team of trainers & consultants institutionally organized in an association of business service providers. For this reason an identifying & attracting campaign of consultants & trainers to be organized for the benefit of theSME-s should proceed before juridical establishment of the future consultant association.The study covered topics as follow: The review of current consultancy market profileservice providers,their learning needs dynamics, market development trends, etc);analysis of service portfolio offered by consultancy providers, (entities and individuals); diagnosis ofconsultancy market segmentation, targeting specific sectors and SME entities based on their knowledgerequirements; snapshot of SME management training/capacity building needs;identification of a pool of specialized/elite consultants/trainers, potential members of theassociation.
