Project: EPPA-“ Enterprise Policy Performance Assessment”
Objective; Enterprise Policy Performance Assessment (EPPA) within the cities of Kukes, Shkodra, Tirana, Vlora and Elbasan .Tirana RDA has carried on two times for years 2002 and 2003 the with the aim of assisting the OECD & EBRD seniors/representatives on producing independent and comprehensive assessments on an annual basis of the enterprise policy carried out by the central and local government institutions in East Europe.
Project Implementation:The Albanian country assessment made by Tirana RDA was the result of the elaboration of a number of inputs: insights from entrepreneurs, local authorities, collected through focus group discussions and interviews, contributions from local experts, policy makers, representatives of associations of private enterprises, local government, international and bilateral organizations dealing with private sector issues, desk research and analysis etc.
Partners: Tirana RDA, Private Finance Institute, Municipalities of Kukes, Shkodra, Tirana, Vlora and Elbasan, Business communities of the mentioned above cities.
