Project: “Institutional Development Program of Tirana RDA and Executive Board”
Objective:The objective of the program was to get a practical and theoretical knowledge by the executive staff of RDA and its board of RDA on running successfully a NGO based on standards and law, to develop the RDA statute, vision, and internal by laws, apply the code of conduct etc.
Project Implementation:During a two weeks period of time in Ohrid/Fyrom the RDA staff and Board of directors attained the program and developed strategic documents for internal use of the RDA such as: the statute; strategic plan of management; board committee’s documents and other semi by laws etc. There were trained the three executive staff of RDA and 7 board members.
