GIZ PREMA Project. Profitable Resources Efficient Management. Training and consulting for companies with a focus on green energy throughout Albania

 Duration:     March 2024-October 2025

Purpose: Within the framework of this contract, it is intended to organize and provide PREMA training for 80 companies from all over Albania, according to the terms of the project. 

The Objectives within the framework of this project are as follows:

• To coordinate and discuss the prepared agenda for the training, and provide training according to the agenda agreed with the project leader,
• To carry out the training of the companies in a team of 3 trainers.
• To collect data and information from the companies for the preparation of the documentation of the PREMA application in the company.
• To submit, at the end of the training/consultation, the training materials, attendance list, at least 10 photos from the training day, 2-3 short videos from the participants, a report on the implementation of the training including the evaluation of the day, and the comments of the participants according to the attached format, as well as the documentation of each company after the application in the company.
• Provide ongoing advice and ensure that the company implements the PREMA measures plan and documents the PREMA measures, including at least 2 implemented measures, preferably green and economically impactful measures.
• Support in the administrative, organizational, and logistical aspects of the project training.
• Participate in the final PREMA achievement presentation activity
