Project: Quality of servicesto supplydrinkingwater, sanitation and energy
Objective:The objectiveis to obtainadetailed assessment of theopinionthatcitizens havethe services ofwatersupply, sewerageserviceandtheelectricitysupply.
Actions: RDA Network has organized six roundtables workshops with focus groups in cities of Shkodra, Lezha, Tirana, Elbasan, Vlore and Pogradec. Have been prepared 6 reports with findings and suggestions on how to improve the service to citizens for water and electricity.
