“Legal environment in the Social Entrepreneurship: findings and challenges”

On December 13th, The Regional Development Agency, in collaboration with the leader organization, Center for Competitiveness Promotion, organized a Consultative Meeting on the topic “Legal environment in the Social Entrepreneurship: findings and challenges” based on the Project “Supporting Civil Society Organizations to develop Social Enterprises” financed by the European Union.

The project aims to encourage and support Civil Society Organizations interested in establishing or strengthening Social Enterprises, as new initiatives that help organizations in reaching a higher financial stability in service of their social mission.

This consultative meeting aimedin assessing the current situation of the legal environment and identifying the challenges, difficulties, main obstacles and opportunities for the development of Social Enterprises in Albania.
