\nObjective:. Establish a competitive and quality supportive framework for business service providers in order to ensure a consistent upgrade of their quality, which should subsequently benefit and contribute to the approximation of business management performance to the regional and EU Standard.
\nProject implementation:Was drafted a study on establishment of the Association of Consultancy Services Providers (ACSP) in Albania. The study analysis has shown that:
\nThere is a need to a have a complete and reliable team of trainers & consultants institutionally organized in an association of business service providers. For this reason an identifying & attracting campaign of consultants & trainers to be organized for the benefit of theSME-s should proceed before juridical establishment of the future consultant association.The study covered topics as follow: The review of current consultancy market profileservice providers,their learning needs dynamics, market development trends, etc);analysis of service portfolio offered by consultancy providers, (entities and individuals); diagnosis ofconsultancy market segmentation, targeting specific sectors and SME entities based on their knowledgerequirements; snapshot of SME management training\/capacity building needs;identification of a pool of specialized\/elite consultants\/trainers, potential members of theassociation.
