The principal purpose of these projections is (a) to provide a framework within which the Preliminary Structure Plan may be updated, and (b) to provide estimates of the income and public sector resources likely to be available to support infrastructure investment over the next decade.<br \/>\nProject Implementation: Tirana RDA conducted a survey of businesses of Tirana Durres segment.
