{"id":1009,"date":"2020-11-19T12:41:30","date_gmt":"2020-11-19T12:41:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/rdatirana.al\/?p=1009"},"modified":"2020-11-19T12:41:30","modified_gmt":"2020-11-19T12:41:30","slug":"world-vision-giz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rdatirana.al\/?p=1009","title":{"rendered":"WORLD VISION &#038; GIZ"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Lead Partner<\/strong>:\u00a0 RDA<\/p>\n<p><strong>Partner<\/strong>: Balance<\/p>\n<p><strong>Donor:\u00a0 <\/strong>GIZ \u2013 WV, DA &amp; SHKEJ<\/p>\n<p><strong>Year<\/strong>: 2019-2020<\/p>\n<p><strong>Project background:<\/strong> Consortium of Regional Development Agency of Tirana and Balance run the project \u201cCapacity Building on business competencies and skills for self-employment.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Implementation<\/strong>: The team of experts provides a <strong>full range of professional training<\/strong> <strong>services<\/strong> (based on CEFE methodology), since the purpose of this consultancy is to provide capacity building and coaching on business start-ups through CEFE methodology to strengthen the capacities of 300 identified and selected people affected by migration in 13 municipalities across Albania, namely in: Tirana (Administrative units of 1, 4, 8, 9, 11), Kam\u00ebz, Dibra, Gjirokastra, Kor\u00e7a, Maliq, P\u00ebrmet, P\u00ebrrenjas, Vlor\u00eb, Mirdit\u00eb, Kurbin, Belsh, C\u00ebrrik.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Results &amp; findings: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Through the application of the CEFE methodology the consortium enables individual coaching to selected participants, and help them to develop a basic business plan<strong>. <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement the 6 days-business development training programmes in each city\/municipality<\/li>\n<li>Train at least 300 identified\/selected affected people by migration in Kam\u00ebz, Dibra, Gjirokastra, Kor\u00e7a, Maliq, P\u00ebrmet, P\u00ebrrenjas, Vlor\u00eb, Mirdit\u00eb, Kurbin, Belsh, C\u00ebrrik with the application of the CEFE methodology<\/li>\n<li>Enhance the capacities of 300 selected cases (returned migrants) in starting and\/or improving the existing businesses and enhancing business development capacities through growth and business consolidation of individuals who received training.<\/li>\n<li>Provide coaching to 100 selected participants to support them to develop a basic business plan.
