There were designed 6 trainingcurricula\u2019s in2packagesaiming the improvement ofserviceconceptsin the field oftourism. There wereorganized 12training sessionsrelated to topics: qualityof servicestandardsandtouristoperators, sales techniquesandart of negotiations, communicationskills, customerhandling, timemanagement, marketingandpromotion oftourismetc.Practicalworkshopswere organizedto stimulatebanklendingdemand.
